Dating back to 1883, the Grade-II listed Victorian building, instantly recognisable for its striking Kensington-style red and white brick facade, is a true landmark, and  striving to protect and celebrate this precious history, from the original marble checkerboard floors, to the Victorian tiling, leaded windows and wooden panelling, allowing guests a rare glimpse into London’s history.

Proud to be the neighbours of the British Royal Family, located just opposite Kensington Palace, with exceptional views across the Gardens to this most famous of homes. The leafy surroundings are perfect for a picnic in the park and just a short stroll from the legendary Royal Albert Hall, as well as Notting Hill and Knightsbridge.
